Earlier today, we serviced a vehicle that according to the log book, had a FULL service at 90,000kms.

In the picture below, the spark plug on the left is the one we pulled out of the vehicle.

The brand new spark plug on the right is the one we replaced it with.

Trust in the motor vehicle industry is critical for customers. Today we re-installed this customers faith in mechanics.
