The all new 2026 Yamaha MT07 on the bench for a full suspension upgrade. With the bike being so new, the suspension choices are very limited. With the help of YSS Suspension Australia, we were able to modify a set of 20mm open cartridges from an R7 to suit, and custom build a rear shock with new valving, spring and custom reservoir lines so it fits and functions correctly. The perfect suspension solution for the perfect ride.

It's great to be back racing again, its been a bit quiet for most of the year, but things are definitely ramping up, with the St George State Title Round 1 a few weeks ago, and then this past weekend was Round 3 of the PCRA Historic Championship held ot One Raceway. Perfect winter weather made for a cracker of a race meeting, we managed pole position and 4 wins from 5 events on our VTR1000 so we didn't quite get it all our own way, but the battles we're a ton of fun with such a great mix of Retro Superbikes. In a few weeks we'll be back at One Raceway for round 2 of the St George State titles, and back again in October for the PCRA Historic State titles. Can't wait to get the bikes out again.

There aren't many major services bigger than this one. The Kawasaki GTR 1400 getting the full treatment, every fluid and filter in the bike replaced, the suspension serviced and the valve clearances checked and adjusted. The GTR has done some miles, and after our work, it'll be ready for a whole lot more.

One of our custom tunes from this week, the 2026 Yamaha R1. Equipped with the SC Project CR-T titanium exhaust system, a DNA Performance air filter, we used Woolich Racing software to custm map the R1's stock ECU to achieve smooth, sharp throttle response and maximum performance.

Rebuild time after a valve spring failure for this 2015 R1 engine. The No.2 piston sustained a small amount of damage after one of the inlet valves dropped, so a full refresh was on the cards. All new pistons, rings and bearings for the bottom end, and a full cylinder head refresh with new valves and to valve train upgrade using the spring set and retaininers from the 2019 model.

The St George NSW State Titles held at Sydney Motorsport Park over the weekend. With three solid days of testing and racing for the RB Racing team, we were able to manage some great results with new PB's for both Harley on his Yamaha R1, and Mike on his Honda CBR 1000RR. We had some epic battles with some truely skilled gentlemen of the sport, and finished the weekend with 3rd place in Unlimited Superbike A, and 1st place in Unlimited Superbike B.
A huge thanks to the St George Motorcycle club for hosting such a great event and to all our sponsors that help make the great results possible.
