The calm before the storm! This morning, I was invited to talk to the kids at the local primary School about motorcycle safety. This was part of their ‘ride safely to school day’. We took along a range of bikes and all the riding gear. Chaotic energy for a couple of hours as the kids rolled through each station! But I had as much fun as they did!

Sometimes, home rebuilds don’t always save you money. This YZ250F came in seized after attempting a top end. We assume the gudgeon pin clip has come loose causing the piston to break. Unfortunately this has now caused damage to the crankshaft, barrel and head.

How unlucky would you have to be, to get a major puncture, on a Saturday afternoon, 15 minutes after closing.. Well it turns out, AL is pretty lucky! Because he managed this complete failure 500m from the shop and I was still there! New set of Michelin Road 6’s fitted and he was back on his way!
