Good feedback is all you can ask for, on another note 4 other people tried to fix the problem. For the sake of the customer and wasting their hard earned money stop pretending you know what your doing and wasting their time . On a daily basis it’s a case of “ I worked on one boat” “so I know boats” . Or then we have the parts fitters who can’t fix or figure out the problem so they go and fit a new carby and say problem solved. No you just charged the customer 3 times as much and generally fitted an inferior product. I don’t put my hand up for jobs involving computers or electronics it’s not my field. So if carburettors are not your field don’t touch them and stop fitting the wrong type and size for the application. My advice and opinions are free always happy to help .
