🛑We are Hiring! 🛑
Tread Marx Tyres and Mechanical has built a reputation for high quality customer service and workmanship. We are currently seeking a Store Manager to join our family owned workshop.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Create and maintain strong customer relationships through great customer service.
• Supervise the effective operation of the workshop and ensure that all staff are supported.
• Manage and report on the weekly and monthly KPI’s and targets.
• Abide by our Quality Assurance System
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment for staff and customers
ABOUT YOU
• Mechanical Trade qualification. Tyre fitting or sales would be advantageous.
• A customer focused mindset with a genuine passion for the cars, mechanics, and the automotive industry.
• Provide a genuine service and lead by example to create lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers.
• At least two years experience managing an automotive service centre OR equivalent and a proven track-record in sales and or team leadership within the automotive industry is desirable.
• Valid Driver’s license
