BDS has 2 positions available for Workshop Managers in 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚. These positions will manage an already established workshop with a hands-on approach and pro-active demeanour. Managing the operation of the workshop, parts, contracts/clientele and overseeing staff, you will possess strong financial and customer relationship management skills as well as providing leadership and driving a culture of success, profitability, sustainability and teamwork.
