Another happy client. After they were told they can’t choose Matt’s body works for their repairs. They were told they had to take it to the insurance companies partner repairer. They had not fixed this car to pre accident condition, leaving simple stuff not repaired or repaired correctly.

We had to rectify all the issues, we also supplied an accident replacement vehicle for this period. I think we now have another costumer for life !

We've noticed a sneaky trend of people playing dumb in accidents, probably because insurance costs and excess fees are skyrocketing. So, we're shouting from the rooftops: invest in a dash cam, it's a smart move that'll set you back around $800, which is roughly the same as most insurance excess costs. Trust us, it's worth it, especially when you're filing a claim and you might have to cough up the excess while the insurance company figures out who's to blame. And, fun fact, even if you're not at fault, you might still have to pay the excess. Oh, and let's not forget about those pesky hit-and-run incidents in car parks, dash cams can be a total game-changer. So, do your friends and family a solid and share this info with them. Good afternoon everyone. Unfortunately, our Kia Rio was involved in an accident and was deemed unrepairable, thus ending the service of our first accident replacement vehicle. We have just purchased a 2025 Nissan X-Trail to replace it. These incidents are unavoidable. Thankfully, no one was injured. 🙂
