After a lengthy recruitment process, multiple committee meetings, and at least three workplace inductions, CMS4X4 can officially confirm Anthony’s trial shift has now concluded.

During his employment with CMS4X4, Anthony successfully:
• packed several boxes,
• introduced fourteen new administrative procedures,
• held two toolbox meetings,
• commissioned a review into the tape dispenser,
• and implemented a mandatory emotional support policy for missing 10mm sockets.

Workshop productivity reportedly increased sharply during election season, although paperwork also rose by approximately 300%.

Despite online speculation:
• CMS4X4 has NOT been nationalised,
• workshop profits are NOT being taxed at 47%,
• and Anthony was unfortunately unable to locate additional funding for LandCruiser parts.

We would also like to formally confirm the original post was indeed satire.

After an extensive recruitment process, CMS4X4 is proud to announce Anthony as the newest member of the warehouse team.

After his first week, Anthony has already:
• Increased the price of zip ties, workshop rags and sausage rolls
• Introduced a 14-page approval process for ordering brake cleaner
• Formed a committee to investigate the emotional wellbeing of the bolt bins
• Suggested all LandCruisers should transition to public transport
• Added approximately 300% more paperwork to every job card
• And implemented a “no spanner left behind” policy

Anthony will also be taking 47% of all workshop profits while assuring staff this is necessary to “build a better future for Australian 4WD owners.”

Despite never previously operating a ratchet, Anthony remains confident all promises made to the workshop will definitely be delivered sometime in the future.

Current duties include:
• Standing near broken 79 Series LandCruisers looking concerned
• Explaining why parts are now more expensive
• Delaying jobs with new compliance procedures
• And reminding everyone the budget blowout is actually a positive thing
