Gillman's 2026/27 calendar has mostly been finalised and what a season it is going to be with 16 massive meetings including Areana-X, round 2 of Aussie Solo Championship and ending with a 2-night Australian Sidecar Championship. We have a number of sponsorship packages available:
FENCE SIGNAGE 1: 300 cm X 75 cm single sided sign located on track fence. 12-month package includes manufacturing and maintenance of sign. Cost $400.
FENCE SIGNAGE 2: 300 cm X 75 cm doubled sided sign located on spectator safety fence. 12-month package includes manufacturing and maintenance of sign. Cost $800.
MEETING SPONSORSHIP: To sponsor a race meeting at Gillman Speedway (does not include State or National Title or International Title meetings) includes naming rights of meeting, front cover of race programme, included in all meeting advertising, 4 x admission tickets for the meeting (includes access to VIP room) Cost $1,000.
*NEW* AUSTRALIAN CHAMPIONSHIP HEAT RACE SPONSORSHIP: Sponsor a heat race for Australian Solo or Sidecar Championship, your name in souvenir programme next to race number and mentioned by track commentator during race, 20 heats per night available.
Cost $100 per race.
ALL SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES include mentions during race meetings by our venue commentator, and your logo will appear on the electronic timing screen which scrolls through our sponsors as a slideshow between races and during track prep and be shown on the Livestream. Sponsors will also be promoted on our page.
Sponsorship packages can be customised to suit any budget, and we have more sponsorship opportunities available around the venue.

🏁 PRESENTATION & PRACTICE DAY – SATURDAY 11 JULY 🏁

Everyone is welcome to join us for a great day at Gillman Speedway!

Come along for practice and stay afterwards for Presentation with a BBQ.

This year we also have a couple of awards for the junior riders.

🏁EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST VOLUNTEERS AND OFFICIALS 🏁

Are you interested in getting involved with our race meetings?

We are getting ready for a big season and are calling for expressions of interest for volunteers and officials to help before, during, and after each event.

We’re looking to build a team of people for every position so we can share the workload and keep things running smoothly.

There are plenty of ways to get involved, including:

• Canteen

• Assisting at the gates before meetings

• Serving alcohol (RSA required) for when the second bar is to be open

• Track preparation

• Pit Gates

• Official positions

• Sign in
