2. Height: Must be 1.7m tall and above
3. Education: Grade 9 or Grade 12 School Certificate. Must be able to read and write

5. Physical & Character: Physically fit, disciplined, and of good conduct

Most of the personnel employed and deployed by *Armic Security Force Limited* are qualified psychosocial counsellors and mental health practitioners from the *Counselling Association of Zambia - CAZ*.

After completing 9 months of rigorous military and security training, these professionals now serve a dual purpose:

On behalf of the 500 Counselling Association of Zambia mental health practitioners and counsellors, we sincerely thank *Armic Security Force Limited* and *CAZ* for the opportunity given to our members.

Out of the 1,000 practitioners we targeted, 500 responded and successfully completed 9 solid months of vigorous military training. They are now employed as security officers, serving within their capacity as counsellors and mental health practitioners.
