Tip 1 - Prepare a schedule.
On a Friday evening spend a couple of minutes preparing a realistic and easily achievable schedule.
Starting the week with a small but effective plan will make you feel you have a head start on the week, this will give you a feeling of accomplishment and starting the week on a positive.

Tip 2 - Changing your perspective.
Most individuals have a tendency to portray their working week in a negative light.
While you start the week wondering if the glass is half full or half empty, the entrepreneur sold it.
Your mental approach will change the course of your week, so starting with a positive outlook will change the trajectory of your day.

Tip 3 - Confidence.
If your doubting yourself and lack self confidence then ask yourself why.
The chances are you were chosen for your job roll because of a qualification or a particular set of skills.
If your in-tune with what your skills and capabilities are then you’re less likely to be apprehensive approaching a new week.
