Staying sharp online is important. Scammers use crafty ways to rob you of your hard-earned money. Here are some pointers to identify a scam:

⚠️ They pose as reputable organizations like banks or service providers.
⚠️ They create urgency or pressure you to send them money.
⚠️ They ask for personal information about your mobile money account.
⚠️ They promise easy money but then insist you send them money to 'process' the transaction.

Dial *707 # to stop scams.

There was a time about six vehicles, in heavy traffic followed an ambulance.

Literally following it behind just after it passed.

As an Admin who knows that tailgating an emergency vehicle is an offence, I just wrote down the tuma number plates.

Long story short, those drivers were educated and charged.

You are not allowed to tailgate an emergency vehicle.
You are supposed to give it a distance of about 50 mtrs as it moves.

Everyone is equally as busy as you are but they decide to exercise patience.

BLACK AND RED NUMBER PLATE .Prt 2. (aka Red naka Black)

BLACK NUMBER PLATE.

A black number plate as seen on many vehicles comes in two forms.

1) It is placed on a private vehicle that is used for personal use. That is, with no intent to generate any form of income from it.

E.g the car you use at home to go for work nefyashala.

2) The other kind of black number plate that exists is for those who use their vehicles for car hire e.g Voyagers and Rich Bell.
Take note that these also need to have an RSL.

3) The other number plate you see is probably on these vima big trucks and light trucks etc.

These number plates are placed on private motor vehicles whose owners have an intent to generate revenue.

Take note that these owners/ operators own these vehicles and use the very vehicles to transport their own goods or products to their clients.

Eg Bena Trade Kings so, Dangote etc..

……No may I leave the room. It’s time to know what a Red Number plate is.

RED NUMBER PLATE

1)A Red number plate is for commercial use only.

2) The owners of vehicles which have Red number plates have no direct linkage with the production line of the goods they are ferrying.

Their’s is just to ferry the product from the point of production or from one point to another at a fee.

3) Other vehicles that have or should have a Red number plate are your conventional taxis.

Those that you see with a ribbon around and a “TAXI” cap on top.
