Last year, we were working on The Business of Life, and the support you gave us was massive. We shared insights, conversations, lessons and ideas across our platforms and together, we built something truly special.

🚗 1. SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Location: Livingstone
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media
• Manage rental bookings and customer requests
• Follow up on potential customers and sales leads
• Promote JKE Motors' car rental and vehicle sales services
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers
• Assist with branch administration and daily operations
• Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch targets
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Sales or marketing experience is an advantage
• Good computer and social-media skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Must be proactive, organised and reliable
• Previous experience in car rental, hospitality or sales is an added advantage

🚘 2. DRIVER / OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Location: Livingstone
Key Responsibilities:
• Airport pickups and drop-offs
• Vehicle deliveries and collections
• Driving clients when required
• Conducting basic vehicle checks
• Keeping vehicles clean and presentable
• Assisting with vehicle movements and branch operations
• Providing professional customer service
• Supporting the Branch Manager with day-to-day operations
Requirements:
• Valid driver's licence
• Clean driving record
• Good knowledge of Livingstone and surrounding areas
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, punctual and trustworthy
• Previous driving or car-rental experience is an advantage

One of my biggest takeaways from Sunday's conversation with Kanayo O. Kanayo wasn't just the story…..it was the lesson behind it.

The story of the python reminds us that familiarity is not the same as loyalty. Sometimes we spend years feeding, supporting, and trusting people or situations, believing they have our best interests at heart, only to discover that not everyone around us is genuinely for us.

My key takeaway is this: discernment is one of the greatest forms of wisdom. A good heart is a blessing, but it must be accompanied by wisdom. Kindness without discernment can become vulnerability. Trust should be earned, not assumed, and every season of growth demands that we become better at recognizing who and what truly belongs in our lives.
Thank you, Kanayo O Kanayo , for another timeless lesson. Some stories entertain; others transform the way you see people, leadership, and life.
