With research and design led by our team in Zurich, and battery assembly and fabrication done in Lusaka, we combine global innovation with local manufacturing to deliver durable, reliable solutions.

At E-Ride Africa, we are always looking ahead, and this week we had the opportunity to explore the next chapter of electric mobility in Zambia.

We were pleased to host Victor Liu and Holden from Hexup for an in-depth discussion on the future of electric motorbikes in the country. The conversation covered innovation, affordability, charging infrastructure, and the long-term impact of sustainable transport on both urban and rural communities.

Meetings like these strengthen the collaborative spirit needed to accelerate Zambia’s shift toward clean, efficient mobility solutions. We look forward to what the future holds as we continue building partnerships that drive meaningful change.

Another step forward for sustainable mobility in Zambia.

E-Ride has installed a new solar charging station for our client, Holland Greentech , on Mr Bonnie’s farm in Kapisha, Shiwangandu District, Muchinga Province. The project was led by Phynious Chilufya from E-Ride, who continues to drive our mission of bringing clean energy solutions to rural communities.

This installation will help power electric bikes used for farm and field operations, reducing transport costs and supporting more efficient, eco-friendly mobility in agriculture.

With each new installation, we move closer to a future where access to clean, reliable transport is possible in every part of Zambia.
