Everyone needs a little encouragement, a little uplifting and a little assurance that they are on the right path, all they need is to keep working hard. This young man came to our shop to showcase his abilities in exchange for a little pay, and before coming to us he was feeling low and dejected because he had been turned down by many or he was made to sing for free. So we agreed to give him a platform and gave him a little pay. We also did a mini talent promotion by taking him to our neighbor shops so he could perform and be paid a little more. You could see that the little help we gave made a bit of a difference to him, his confidence grew compared to when he just came.

It's important to help others, uplift others. For some, all they need is a word of assurance and being cheered on, and they are capable of reaching their potential. Let's always try to be there for one another.

Constant Velocity(CV) joints

A few facts;
1. CV joints connect wheels to the axles as well as to the transmission

2. CV joints shift torque (force that cause rotation) at a controlled speed to the wheels

3. CV joints are responsible for the up and down motions of the suspension system

Symptoms of bad CV joint;
1. For bad inner CV, you'll experience vibration and noise during straight line acceleration

2. For bad outer CV, you'll experience a loud popping or clicking sound when sharply turning.
