Modifications :
-100mm Swing arm extension
-HPN Style frame gussets
- Front suspension : Ohlins. Fully rebuilt and serviced by MP Custom valve
- Rear suspension : Ohlins built to spec by MP Custom Valve
-Gearbox Overhauled by new bearings, and longer 5th gear fitted (new)
- Engine top end rebuilt by VS BOXER. - Upgraded to 1000cc, and high compression conversion
-New Acerbis 42 Litre tank
-New Karoo 3 tyres
-New Excel Takasago 21' front rim
- New spokes front and rear wheel
- New wheel bearings
- Custom sub frame
- New Ascerbis front and rear mudguards
- New hand guards
- Bing carbs freshly rebuilt, with new kits
- Footpeg lowering kit

It's been my dream build for the last 7 years. Nothing was skimped on. Maybe I'm getting older (wiser), but realised this spec bike must be enjoyed by a serious rider. I would prefer to finish the build, and then sell / or keep, but free time simply doest exist.

Adventure overload with a roadside (farmer) repair. Common sight on the legends.
Cut off, insert solid steel inner half way each direction, V cut and weld up. Good as new.. And probably stronger.

Ready for paint!
