I would like to start by thanking you for being a loyal client of SAW.
Over the past 3 to 4 months we experienced some difficulties. My brother was very ill with cancer, and I had to spend a lot of time caring for him, which unfortunately took time away from the workshop. Sadly, my brother passed away on the 3rd of February and his funeral was held on the 10th of February.
I would like to assure you that my full attention is now back on the workshop, and I am committed to providing you with the level of service you expect and deserve.
Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused during this time. We truly value your support and look forward to continuing to provide you with excellent service going forward.
