Dear Valued Customer,
After many rewarding years at Steve’s Auto Clinic, I have made the decision to pursue a new venture and will be stepping away from the day-to-day running of the business.
This decision was not made lightly. One of my greatest priorities has been to ensure that our customers continue to be looked after with the same care, honesty and professionalism that you have come to expect from us.
I am therefore pleased to introduce Shaun, who will be taking over the day-to-day management of Steve’s Auto Clinic. Shaun brings more than 15 years’ experience in the motor industry, including many years in a management role.
Over the past three months, Shaun and I have worked closely together to ensure a smooth handover. During this time, he has become familiar with our customers, suppliers, systems and the way we do things at Steve’s Auto Clinic. I have full confidence in his ability to look after our customers and to continue building on the reputation and relationships that have been established over the years.
I will continue to support Shaun in a consulting capacity for the next six months. Shaun will, however, be leading the day-to-day running of the business and will be your first point of contact for all service and repair matters, with my full support during the transition.
