Position: Motor Vehicle Estimator

*Job Summary*
We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and professional Motor Vehicle Estimator to join our fast-paced automotive team. In this role, you will evaluate vehicle damage, calculate precise repair and parts costs, and coordinate with vehicle owners, repair teams, and insurance companies/assessors.
The ideal candidate must possess strong automotive technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a high-throughput environment.
*Minimum Requirements & Qualifications*
- Education: Minimum Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License (essential for moving vehicles and road assessments).
- Computer Skills: Fully computer literate with strong operational knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Technical Knowledge: Sound working knowledge of motor vehicle parts and body repair techniques.
*Preferred / Advantageous Skills*
- Preferred prior experience operating specialized automotive estimation software, Abuntex/Audatex.
Advantageous: Vantage and previous experience as an estimator in a panel beating, collision repair center, dealership, or vehicle insurance assessment setting.
