2️⃣**Step 2: Complete the Documents**
Complete the application form and sign the lease agreement.

3️⃣**Step 3: Approval and Invoice**
Once your application has been approved, we will send you an invoice.
⚠️ Please do not make any payment before receiving the invoice.

4️⃣**Step 4: Secure Your Booking**
Payment must be made via EFT only. No cash payments are accepted.

5️⃣**Step 5: Access Confirmation**
Once your payment reflects, we will confirm your booking and send your unique access details via WhatsApp.

6️⃣**Step 6: Move In**

One full calendar month’s written notice must be provided via email.
