Position: Motorcycle Workshop Manager
Location: Frankenwald, Jhb
Essential Criteria:
- Mechanical experience with motorcycles
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve & work under pressure
- Competent computer skills(Email, social media, invoicing, manuals etc.)
- Willing to learn new skills & adapt
- Able to work well in a team & support others
Position Responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Quotes, invoicing, ordering of parts etc.
- Social media
- Fault finding & problem solving
- Team leader
