JVR Auto Specialist (Pty) Ltd is an established independent Jaguar & Land Rover specialist dealership and workshop.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for 3 experienced, motivated and professional individuals to join our team.
🔧 1. AUTO ELECTRICIAN
Qualified or Experienced Semi-Skilled
✅ Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems.
✅ CAN bus networks, vehicle communication systems and diagnostics knowledge is essential.
✅ Experience in electrical fault-finding, wiring and electronic systems.
✅ Previous automotive workshop or dealership experience is compulsory.
✅ Must be able to diagnose faults independently.
📋 2. SERVICE ADVISOR
✅ Previous motor industry experience is essential.
✅ Experience in service advising, parts sales, tyre sales or similar automotive positions will be considered.
✅ Computer literacy is compulsory.
✅ Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AI tools is required.
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✅ Must be a people person — friendly, upbeat, energetic and professional.
✅ Able to multitask, work under pressure and follow instructions.
🚘 3. USED VEHICLE SALESPERSON
✅ Previous vehicle sales experience is essential.
✅ Dealership experience required.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
✅ Target-driven, motivated and professional.
✅ Must be able to manage leads, follow up with clients and close sales.
💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES
ALL 3 POSITIONS OFFER:
💵 Fixed monthly basic salary.
