Turbo oil feed pipe and oil return pipe badly clogged up by burnt oil which has caused the turbo to seize and snap the shaft

Not bad for our 1997 Astra 1600i with bolt on turbo kit, 500km's on just under half a tank. The final litres used over the 1027km was 63ltr's, putting it at 16.28km/ltr or 6.13 ltr/100km

Opel Corsa C 1400 bolt on. The engine is controlled by the Perfect Power SMT8 and supplying fuel via two extra injectors as the boost has been increased to 1 bar. The SMT8 is controlling the boost via boost valve.

GMP Motorsport bulit rally car fitted with the Perfect Power XMS5B Engine management system. it is using the VW ABF 2.0L 16V engine and a Tractive Sequential gearbox. They have utilized the launch control feature of the XMS5B and closed loop wide band lambda control.
