ENGINE MANAGEMENT CAPABILITY
The BlueArc ECU handles ALL major engine types in one unit, with no hidden fees or upgrades required

IGNITION & SPARK SUPERIORITY Protects Engine & Maximizes Power
Multi Spark Technology (MASSIVE DIFFERENCE. Unlike standard single-spark systems, BlueArc offers up to 11 individual sparks per piston ignition event or upto 33 leading sparks on Rotary. This ensures maximum combustion efficiency, leading to higher power output and better throttle response.
Ignition Timing Resolution: 0.001 Degrees (Extremely precise for tuning)
Methods: Single Coil, Wasted Spark, and Multi Coil (up to 6 cylinder sequential).
INJECTION ACCURACY & FLEXIBILITY
Injection Resolution. 0.001 ms
Supports Full Sequential (up to 6 Cyl) and Semi-Sequential (up to 12 Cyl).
Dual Fuel Mapping. Allows running two separate fuels simultaneously (e.g., pump fuel and methanol) on separate maps with distinct injectors, a high-end feature often missing in cheaper ECUs.
Includes trimming per cylinder for fine-tuning.
ADVANCED CONTROL SYSTEMS
AutoTuning AFR. Real-time data logging displayed directly in the Fuel map for continuous, optimal fuel delivery. (Part of R16,500 bundle).
Electronic Boost Controller: Features boost-by-gear or boost per clutch count.
Standard 4 Bar MAP sensor included. -1 to 3 Bar maximum boost).
Launch Control and No-Lift/Flat Shifting** included as standard for performance vehicles.
ENGINE PROTECTION & DATA LOGGING
Built-in Barometric Sensor. Automatically compensates for altitude changes—vital in South Africa.
Comprehensive Compensation Maps. Individual maps for adding fuel/timing based on. Battery voltage, Water temp, Air Temp, Aux Temp.
Multiple Rev Limiters: Main, Cold, and Over Boost protection limits.
Overheat cutout and warning Buzzer.
INPUTS x10 / OUTPUTS x21 Ensures full control over complex setups:
High Number of Outputs 21 total Includes 6 x ignition, 7 x injector, and 8 reconfigurable outputs for VVT, DBW, Fuel Pump, Boost Ctrl, Air con, etc. This capacity allows for complex engine builds without compromises.
Trigger Inputs: Can be Hall or Inductive, all in one unit. Supports a wide range of patterns (e.g., Ls1 24, 36-1, 60-2).
SOFTWARE & HARDWARE
Software and Firmware Update is done simply via a standard USB printer cable, no expensive, specialized communication cables needed.
