IGNITION & SPARK SUPERIORITY Protects Engine & Maximizes Power

Multi Spark Technology (MASSIVE DIFFERENCE. Unlike standard single-spark systems, BlueArc offers up to 11 individual sparks per piston ignition event or upto 33 leading sparks on Rotary. This ensures maximum combustion efficiency, leading to higher power output and better throttle response.

Ignition Timing Resolution: 0.001 Degrees (Extremely precise for tuning)

Methods: Single Coil, Wasted Spark, and Multi Coil (up to 6 cylinder sequential).

INJECTION ACCURACY & FLEXIBILITY
Injection Resolution. 0.001 ms

Supports Full Sequential (up to 6 Cyl) and Semi-Sequential (up to 12 Cyl).

BlueArc MultiSpark vs. Standard Ignition
​The primary difference between the BlueArc MultiSpark system and a standard Ignition. lies in the "spark window" how long the ignition event actually lasts.

​Standard Ignition
A standard system provides a single, very high-voltage burst. While powerful, this burst is extremely short. In a rotary engine, the combustion chamber is long and moving rapidly past the spark plug. If the mixture is not perfectly centered at that microsecond, you can get an incomplete burn or a "misfire" feel at low loads.

​BlueArc MultiSpark
The BlueArc system fires the plugs multiple times in a rapid-fire sequence during a single combustion stroke. This creates a much longer "effective" spark duration. This is vital for rotaries because it ensures that as the air and fuel move across the plug face, there are multiple opportunities for a successful, high-energy ignition.

​Key Advantages of BlueArc MultiSpark
• ​Superior Idle and Cruise: By firing multiple times, the ECU smooths out the "choppy" nature of rotary engines at low RPM and light throttle.

After a lot of wiring and setup, we’ve successfully fired up the Mercedes V12 using the BlueArc ECU SA system. Moving to a standalone management system allows us to bypass the restrictive and aging factory electronics, giving this engine a new lease on life.
​Current Setup:
​Engine: Mercedes V12 (M137/W137)
​Management: BlueArc ECU SA
​Status: Initial startup successful, syncing sensors and checking for leaks.
​Next up: Cleaning up the harness and moving into the fine-tuning phase. Stay tuned for the dyno pulls!
