Ronald, the company owner has over 18 years of experience in the motor trade and has a passion for motorcycles. No matter if it's a service or a full custom job, your bike will be handled as if it was our own. Going over and beyond for our clients, to ensure their ride is a safe one.

The client hereby certifies that they have the legal right to authorize repairs for the vehicle, either through legal ownership, lease rights, or written authorization from the vehicle’s owner. The client authorizes Steel Mule Customs (PTY) Ltd to take the steps necessary to perform the repairs/ restorations/ customisations, including any necessary on-road vehicle testing. Payment
The client agrees to pay in full for the services described above upon successful completion of all listed auto repairs prior to picking up their vehicle from Steel Mule Customs (PTY) Ltd. The client agrees to pay for all parts, labour, fees, taxes, and other charges incurred during the performance of any repairs authorized by the client. Steel Mule Customs (PTY) Ltd will provide an invoice upon completion of repairs detailing all fees, and listing a final outstanding balance for payment. Payment must be made in full before the vehicle will be returned to the client. Parts
The client acknowledges that any repairs using parts supplied by themselves hold no warranty or guarantee with Steel Mule Customs (PTY) Ltd. Parts supplied by Steel Mule Customs (PTY) Ltd will hold the original warranty and guarantee they come with. In the event that someone else works on the vehicle during the guarantee period, the guarantee period will be null and void. Labour Warranty
Steel Mule Customs (PTY) Ltd shall provide a limited warranty covering the work performed under the terms of this auto repair contract. This warranty shall last for a period three months or six thousand KM from the completion of authorized repairs. During the warrant period, Steel Mule Customs (PTY) Ltd will, at its sole cost and expense, correct any defects in workmanship related to the repairs performed in relation to this contract. This warranty covers labour only, and does not extend to any parts used for repairs. Binding Contract
This contract shall be considered binding upon both parties and their assignees or successors, including subsequent title holders for the vehicle being repaired. Penalty for Non-Payment
Steel Mule Customs (PTY) Ltd shall not be required to release the listed vehicle until the client has made full payment for the final invoice supplied. In the event that the final invoice is not paid for within 24hours of completion a storage fee of R250.00 will be added to the account per day. Steel Mule Customs (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to sell the vehicle to recover the costs incurred while performing approved auto repair services. Client Approval
By verbal or written consent, the client approves of the services and rates listed in this auto repair contract. Likewise, they agree to the full terms of this contract without exception.
