Some builds are about adding accessories. Others are about transforming the entire driving experience.
This week, another vehicle left our workshop after receiving a carefully considered touring and performance upgrade package — built not only to handle long-distance travel and demanding terrain, but to feel refined, capable and properly finished in every detail.
From the upgraded transmission ratios and EXEDY heavy duty clutch, to the SCAVENGER high-glow snorkel and SMOKING BANDIT free-flow exhaust system, this build was designed to improve the way the vehicle performs both on and off the road.
The suspension setup consisting of IRONMAN IM2.5 monotube shocks paired with TERRAIN TAMER parabolic leaf springs completely changes the vehicle’s ride quality and load-carrying capability, while the BF GOODRICH KO3 tyres mounted on ROAD RAGE® RRC4 Satin Black wheels finish the stance perfectly.
Inside, the focus shifted to comfort, usability and refinement. The interior received extensive soundproofing, a complete ROCKFORD FOSGATE audio upgrade with amplifier and subwoofer, ROAD RAGE black interior trim components, dual battery system integration, internal tyre pressure monitoring, TAKLA protection accessories and a centre console fridge/freezer setup — all integrated neatly and cleanly to maintain an OEM-quality finish throughout.
Finishing touches like the CLEARVIEW Next Gen power fold towing mirrors, OUTBACK EXTREME rear bumper with spare wheel carrier and electrical side steps bring everything together into a vehicle that feels purpose-built from every angle.
