POPI-WET (Beskerming van persoonlike inligting)
Die implementerings datum van die Wet op die Beskerming van Persoonlike Inligting, 4 van 2013 (“POPIA”) is 30 Junie 2021. Hierdie sperdatum bring 'n paar veranderinge mee.
Daar word van die administrateurs verwag om u toestemming te bekom vir deelname aan hierdie Faceboek groep. Hiermee word u in kennis gestel dat u geregtig is om sodanige toestemming te weier en u mag so 'n reg uitoefen deur hierdie groep te verlaat.
As u verkies om in hierdie groep te bly, word aanvaar dat u ingestem het om deel te wees van hierdie groep en dat u persoonlike inligting (naamlik u profiel) opmerklik is vir enige persoon in hierdie groep.
Ons versoek alle lede van hierdie groep, om onder geen omstandighede of om watter rede ook al, enige persoonlike inligting te gebruik sonder om die toestemming van die betrokke persoon te verkry nie.
Die administrateurs neem nie enige verantwoordelikheid vir persone wat hierdie wet oortree nie.

The compliance due date for the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) is 30 June 2021. This deadline brings a few changes.
One of these changes is that the administrators will be required to obtain your consent for being part of this Facebook group. As such, you are herewith notified that you are entitled to refuse such consent and you may exercise such a right by leaving this group.
Should you elect to remain in this group, it will be accepted that you have consented to being a part of this group and to your personal information (being your profile) being noticeable to any person in this group.
In this regard, we implore on all members of this group not to make use of such personal information for whatsoever reason, without obtaining the consent of the relevant person.
