Dear Valued Customer.
JJP Services and Repairs is registered for Essential services. This is because that most of our clients is do deliveries especially in the food sector that is most definitely an essential service thus their Trucks/Cars have to have a place where they can be serviced if they break down and also the health sector and their transport to and from work.
We will come and assist you, with all our staff we tend to work from home, and we will be on standby should any event occur where our services is needed.
We travel with no more than one person per vehicle. We will travel with our essential service certificate, Original ID and the Annexure C Form 1 That is the permit to perform an essential service as per the Government Gazette publication on 25 March 2020.
As the COVID-19 situation continues to progress, please be assured that JJP Services and Repairs are totally committed to safeguarding the health and security of our people and our valued clients and customers.
We are strictly adhering to all government guidelines and are reviewing the situation on a daily basis. We have put in place clear procedures for our staff to protect their health and well-being ensuring they are fit and healthy enough to be conducting business.
If we become aware of any suspected contact, or if anyone is displaying symptoms, they are being asked to self-isolate for the recommended time period. Please be assured that no one will be allowed to conduct business if we feel there is even the slightest risk.
Equally, we would ask that you let us know if there is any reason that our personnel should not be entering the property you own or live in, or meeting with you in person. The reasons could include self-isolation or if you have exhibited any symptoms.
