Things to check before driving in wet conditions:

✅Wet weather reduces traction, so be sure all your brakes are in tip top shape.

✅Bald or underinflated tyres may slide or skid, so keep an eye on your tread depth and tyre pressure.

✅Check that your wipers are working effectively to avoid poor visibility on the road.

We don’t know who needs to hear this, but if you can tell what flavour v**e the guy driving in front of you is smoking, you’re driving too close to him.

⚠️It’s extremely important to keep a safe following distance – at least three seconds in normal conditions – to ensure you have enough time to react if needed. Bad weather? Increase that distance even more. Good brakes mean very little if you don’t give them the time and space to do their job.

Remember: A good following distance goes a long way toward preventing accidents and keeping everyone safe on the road.
