Making very good progress towards the finished bullbar.

a Winch ready bullbar at less than 30 kilograms.
(standard design)
This is achieved with the structural design of the bullbar.
(other bullbars can weigh up to 55 kilograms)

The structural welds are done with very expensive welding rods that have a much higher tensile strength than normal rods.

Includes two heavy duty recovery & jacking points.

Incredible approach angle.
(with different tyre sizes we cannot calculate precise degrees)

2 High tensile M12 mounting bolts per side.

LR Discovery 2, front end smash progress update.

so this might seem trivial for some, combining our love for Land Rovers and our integral knowledge of steel fabrication here at warrior worx we often repair or fabricate chassis sections, this replacement section is for a LR Discovery 2 after an accident. now to weld it on and spray the section!

We @ warrior worx are extremely chuffed with our new design LR Discovery 1 bullbar!

The new design took a bit more time to finish due to some fabrication challenges that needed our attention.

We are very proud of the final product!

i have to admit, although i have rebuild a couple of these LT85 gearboxes in my life for some reason this LT85 box ignited some nostalgia and memories of the first LT85 box i ever build in 2001 came flooding into my mind!👍
