Motor built by Matt Lisle from Aus with billet boss plates.
All Fabrication, wiring etc on the conversion done in house by us at Aj Racing.

And after a long silence on sosial media grinding away in the shop we are proud to show some of the fruits off our labour, we have some of the best cars stepping up in the first proper family outing in a while.
It's been a journey for some guys getting to the point of tasting the fruit of your labour, personally we'd like to congratulate every driver on the Awsome achievements... First Cowboy with moving the goal post again on the stickshift goals and fastest stick rotary in history 8.6@255kph is huge and on your first official out in the setup so much more special, well done to the whole team AJRACING and BBF and fullboost performance.
Second Chris Smidt in his candy GX on achieving his pb as well and finding a bond with his car,running his first 9.6sec@233kph.
Koos Boshoff also hit the track first time out in a rotary, fresh build and fresh driver and achieved a soft 10.4sec , showed a huge future for that build and team.
Pierre's buggy always blows the crowed away with crazy driving and showmanship and achieved a consistent 10.5@227kph best on the day considering gearbox gremlins, congrats to everyone involved on the day and we see huge things to come as a team.

This RX-2 was part of the AJ Racing stable many years ago, and with more of a sentimental value than anything else it was eventually bought back and turned into a 9-second tyre-burner

Well we have been working hard and been quiet the last almost 2 years since covid put a damper on life... It's been hard but we have been working to get al the cars up and running again.... We are working to set up our AJRACING drag team again and looks promising with 7cars,bad boys seeing the light soon... Watch this space and we will definitely be posting more of the in-house stuff in progress soon
