Dyno Results – BMW 328 E36
This beautiful BMW 328 E36 came in for a Unichip installation and live dyno tune to optimise performance, drivability and overall power delivery.
In standard form, the vehicle produced 140.5 bhp at 6,000 rpm.
After installing the Unichip and completing a full live calibration, it delivered 148.4 bhp at 5,500 rpm, with substantial gains throughout the rev range.
While the peak gain at the top end is impressive, the real transformation is in the mid-range where the vehicle gained over 40% more power at 3,000 rpm, dramatically improving responsiveness and in-gear acceleration.
As expected from a naturally aspirated performance application, the biggest improvements are seen in throttle response, mid-range acceleration and overall power delivery rather than peak power alone.

Unichip Piggyback ECU System
