A: These are the workshops which are certified members of the Retail Motor Industry (RMI). This means that the repairer is a member of an organization that prioritizes high business standards and ethical service delivery to consumers. E.g: Car City, Car Care Clinic, Bosch, etc.

Q: What is a manufacturer franchise dealership?
A: These are car dealers that sell new vehicles from premises with facilities specified by the OEM, and usually have parts- and service departments, and pre-owned vehicle outlets. E.g: VW Hadfield, Westvaal, Mercedes Benz, etc.
