Opel Corsa Utility engine rebuild done - New pistons, bearings, cylinder head reconditioned with new valves and all necessary gaskets, bolts and nuts replaced with new waterpump and timing belt.

Vw Polo in for maintenance - Repaired headlights, ho**er and replaced front lower control arm bushes.

Corsa Utility in for engine not turning - Upon removing cylinder head found exhaust valve on cylinder 1 broken off causing damage to cylinder head and piston.
In the process of reconditioning cylinder head with new valves/guides/stem seals and new pistons and bearings.

Vw T5 in for annual service and check over.
Carried out annual major service and found front brake discs below wear limit.
Replaced engine oil, oil filter, sump plug, air filter, pollen filter and diesel filter.
Replaced front brake discs.

Toyota Fortuner in for annual service.
Found coolant pump leaking, fan belt cracked/worn and timing belt due for replacement.
Carried out annual service, replaced timing belt, fan belt, coolant pump and renewed coolant.

Vw Polo in for noise from front suspension while driving.
Found front lower control arm bushes, stabilizer bar links and steering rack ends having excessive free play causing noise.
Replaced all worn/cracked parts.
No further faults or noise detected.

Found heater valve underneathe intake manifold leaking - replaced valve and renewed coolant.

Mercedes A250 in for major service.
Upon inspection found rear brake pads and discs below wear limit and rear differential leaking oil at side shaft seals.
Carried out major service.
Replaced rear brake pads and discs.
Removed rear differential, replaced fl**ge seals and renewed gear oil.
