Another happy client 💪🏼

Symptoms included irregular starting, vehicle would not always start first time when the ignition key was turned.

Thousands were spend on replacing the starter, battery and even the coil packs! This guessing by “reputable” motor mechanics had cost the client over R25K and still the fault would always return immediately.

At wits end the client gave us a call and we did a diagnostics test, although the customer was very weary.

1 x camshaft knock sensor and 10min labour the fault was gone!!!

Total cost of repair was less then R500 including diagnostics test, sensor and fitting of the sensor!

Many breakdowns on vehicles are because some sensors or equipment fail due to age, if a fault is picked up early it can be rectified without breaking the bank!

It might be as simple as to replace a faulty water temperature sensor that cost R150 or to leave it costing much more when the engine overheat, because the sensor is not working properly.

Another happy client after we adjusted the “fuel injected quantity” this was manually adjusted by a service agent after the customer complained about poor low down power. The service agent did not know how to and did not have the correct tools.

Took us less then 15 minutes to find the cause and to recrify the problem.

These are just some of the screenshots from one of our customers vehicles. Low on power and smoking alot with difficulty starting. Without VAGCOM software this fault would cost ALOT to fix, maybe even a new fuel pump. All it needed was just some adjustments and a good cleaning.
