GWM P series 2.0D ECU Remapping now Available!
We are the first tuning company in SA to have developed a full tuning solution for the GWM P series. We have remapped 8 of these already since March 2023 (4 Months ago) to undergo endurance testing before releasing to the public. All of these vehicles have done over 5000km and have had excellent results gaining at least 25kw and 80nm with an average fuel consumption gain of 2km/l. We have developed a stage 1 ecu remap, egr and dpf removal as well as the removal or adjustemt of the speed limiter.
The previous method was invasive (boot mode) with absolutely no protection against the manufacturers warranty as the ecu had to be pried open. These ecus are a sealed unit and have no screws as illustrated so Remapping will almost definitely VOID your warranty if tuned. Now we are the first and only, WORLD WIDE, to tune these vehicles via the OBD port or in bench mode with out opening the ecu (so you can ship your ecu for a tune as well), making it much more difficult to detect tuning. We have also locked our tuning solution by writing a new bootloader so that our tunes cannot be stolen as all read modes are blocked including Boot! A simple delaer update will restore the ecu to its full original state. We will also soon be releasing our personal flasher so that you can remap your vehicle in the comfort of your own home via your android device! Bookings are Open! Book Now!

SAY NO TO “CRACKED” SOFTWARE ON YOUR HILUX
Unless you want to go backwards……. Say NO to installing cracked software on your Toyota GD6.
Some tuners are advertising “cracked” software for the Toyota GD6 Hilux and Fortuners. Unlike our software which is readily available for all software versions, developed in house and has several customizable tuning options such as Stage 1, Stage 2, Multi map/Map switching etc, this SW comes from Russia and is not for our local market. They are remotely hacked, replaced with a foreign sw and tuned abroad, then loaded onto your vehicle, just to jump on that train that they claimed they never wanted to jump on LOL. BEWARE and say NO to this cracked software as many clients have already come to us to remove this SW due to its excessive smoking, rough gear changes and rapid Turbo damage just to mention a few. There are many Reputable tuners country wide that can tune your GD6 immediately with the MOST RELIABLE tune available, without the need of you having to leave it to be “Cracked”.

FORD KUGA 1.6 Safety Flash

After several requests by our customers and friends, we have developed a SW update for the Ford Kuga 1.6 ECO BOOST.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SW UPDATE IS NOT IN ANYWAY APPROVED, DEVELOPED OR ENDORSED BY THE OEM TO DATE. THIS SW UPDATE IS ALSO ONLY AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ALREADY TAKEN THEIR VEHICLES IN TO FORD FOR THE RECALL/REPAIR AS ADVERTISED.

Here is what is changed in our software that will give you the extra peace of mind in safety and reliability.

1. Cooling Fan Speed request based on engine temperature: This simply makes the fan come on 10°C earlier and the fan speed is remapped appropriately to help with keeping the engine cooler.
2. Maximum Exhaust valve Temperature at which temperature control will begin has been lowered
3.Engine Coolant temperature limits for (ECT) over temperature has been re scaled
4. Engine speed limits (RPM) based on Engine coolant temperature, Oil Temperature and Transmission Oil temperature has been set so that it stalls the engine if the respective temperatures are reached.
115°C for ECT, 125°C for Oil Temperatures.... and more

Ford Ranger Software upgrade (T5,T6,T7)

We have the best remap available on the Ford Ranger 2.2 and 3.2 Diesel, old and new guaranteed! Speed limiter removal included in the software. Yes once again we remove the speed limiter on the New Ranger as well, included in the software remap. Check out the dyno sheet on the 3.2 when compared to our competitors. Constant, smooth torque and KW graphs are unmatched and increased torques hold for up to 1000 RPM longer before gradually dropping.
