A.Zambia revenue authority customs clearance certificate/e-redbook
B. Zra receipt
C. Customs declaration form ce20
D. clearance certificate
E. Interpol clearance certificate
F. Rtsa physical inspection report and receipt copy at a fee of k 46.80
G. Copy of identity of owner or certificate of incorporation
H. Insurance certificate or cover note copy
Customs clearance certificate confirmation schedule
I. Customs clearance certificate confirmation schedule
J.
Form cnv1 and form RL3.

:CHANGE OF Ownership
Requirements
a.Letter of sale /donation
b.Zambia revenue authority tax clearance certificate for change of ownership
C.
Copy of identity for both the buyer and the seller- nrc copy or certificate of registration or incorporation
D. Original motor vehicle or trailer registration certificate
E. Rtsa physical inspection report at a of k 46.80
F. Police report from anti-theft of motor vehicle department
G. General affidavit
H. Change of ownership certificate
I. Form Mvr1 (signed by both parties-seller and buyer)
J. Fee payable is k433.80.
Note:the motor vehicle must have valid roadworthiness certicate and road tax . Insurance also ceases after change of ownership.

Change of motor vehicle and trailer particuars
Requirements
A. Original motor vehicle or trailer registration certificate
B. General affidavit
C. Rtsa physical inspection report at a fee k46.80
D. Police report from anti - theft of motor vehicles department
E. Interpol clearance certificate for imported engine sold by spare parts dealers
F. Receipt by spare part dealer
G.copy of identity of registraterd owner or certificate of incorporation
H. Form Mvr2
I. Fees payable is k216 .90 for new registration certificate and for every change k58.50

:Replacement of registration certificate (duplicate)
Requirements
A. Rtsa physical inspection report at a fee of k 46.80
B. Police report from the anti -theft of motor v
