Another Amarok back on the road 👊🔥

This one came in with a failed DPF:
- Full aftermarket exhaust fitted
- EGR + DPF system completely disabled.

No performance tune on this one.
Just exactly what the client needed.

This Polo 1.4 TDI came in for a full inspection service, including:
✔ Cambelt replacement
✔ Waterpump replacement
✔ Oil service
✔ All filters replaced

All done according to VW specifications using quality parts only.

This vehicle was also tuned by us over 60 000km ago, so we decided to put it back on the dyno for a health check… and it’s STILL making the same power as the day we tuned it 💪🔥

Another VW Amarok in with an oil leak 💧

With these bakkies, experience counts — we quickly traced the issue to the rear timing cover.

On strip-down, we found the culprit: ❌ 2x broken bolts
➡️ Causing the seal to fail and leak oil
We went ahead and: ✔️ Repaired and replaced the damaged components
✔️ Used only OEM parts
✔️ Reassembled to factory standard
Result?

✅ Leak completely resolved
✅ Engine clean and dry
✅ No signs that any work was even done
Back on the road — as it should be.

This VW Golf 7 2.0 TDI came in with a steady coolant loss – not something you ignore 👀

After diagnostics, we traced it back to a failed EGR cooler 💧❌

What we did: ✔️ Removed the problem – EGR system out
✔️ Custom fabricated downpipe (DPF & EGR delete)
✔️ Stage 1 ECU tune

The result: 159 kW 503 Nm

Another one dialed in properly 👌
This Nissan Navara 2.5 TDCi came in with an existing tune, but it wasn’t quite right…

Before:
158 kW
448 Nm
After:
⚡ 168 kW
💪 483 Nm

All achieved by correcting the air/fuel ratio — no shortcuts, just proper tuning.

✅ No visible smoke
✅ Smoother, stronger response
✅ Safer for the engine

VW TOUAREG 3.0 V6 TDI – BACK TO LIFE 💨
This came in with failed injector seals and an EGR fault — performance down, not sounding happy.

We got straight to work:
🔧 Replaced all injector seals & bolts
⚙️ Sorted out the EGR issues (software delete)
💻 DPF delete done via software
🛠️ Custom downpipe fitted (CAT & DPF removed)

Result?
Smooth running, improved efficiency, and that proper V6 diesel pull is back where it should be 💪
