Another Amarok V6 getting the JP Motorsport touch! 💪

This one arrived with the engine light on. Full diagnostics traced the fault to a failed intake flap motor.

Work carried out: 🔧 Custom DPF & CAT delete downpipe 🔧 EGR blank-off 🔧 Stage 1 ECU remap with EGR, intake flap and DPF functions switched off

The result? 230 kW and 700 Nm 🔥

No smoke. No fuss. Just doing its job.

🔧 From non-runner to a nippy Mk1! 💙

This Mk1 Golf arrived at JP Motorsport non-running, already fitted with a 2.0 APK engine and Dictator management. We started with the basics and soon had it running—then added the JP Motorsport touch!

✅ Engine bay tidy-up ✅ Complete custom exhaust system ✅ Custom air intake pipe ✅ Full retune of the Dictator management ✅️ 288° Estas camshaft

With a standard engine and a performance cam, it delivered a solid 120.6 kW and 213 Nm on the dyno. 🔥

Now driving with factory-like manners and strong, nippy performance—another Mk1 ready to be enjoyed!

🇸🇪 Volvo XC60 T6 Twincharged — back to its best! 🔥

This Volvo came in with multiple O₂ sensor faults. Our diagnostics traced the problem to a failed catalytic converter following a turbocharger failure.

We built a custom stainless steel downpipe in-house and carried out an ECU recalibration. The result? Running better than ever, with some impressive power to match! 💪

This BMW 120d and 220d came in for their annual services and vehicle health checks. Both were in great condition—a pleasure to have in the workshop! 👌

🔵 VW Transporter 2.0 Bi-TDI — performance and maintenance, the JP Motorsport way! 💪

This Transporter received stainless steel boost pipes, a custom stainless steel downpipe with DPF delete, and a Stage 1 ECU remap with EGR and DPF off.

After a vehicle inspection, we also replaced the front brake pads, discs and control arms.

📈 Power: 134.9 → 163.8 kW 📈 Torque: 399 → 469 Nm
