π Answering and directing incoming calls
π Welcoming customers and providing friendly service
π Filing and general office administration
π§Ύ Invoicing and processing admin
π° Cashbook balancing
π» Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date
π€ Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
