Are you detail-oriented, organised and great with numbers? Pontie’s Panelbeaters is looking for a reliable Debtors Clerk to join our team!

If you have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and enjoy working with accounts and customers, this could be the opportunity for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Invoicing and accurate billing
✅ Following up on outstanding accounts
✅ Reconciling customer accounts
✅ Preparing and sending statements
✅ Handling payment queries
✅ Maintaining customer information
✅ Client communication and collections
✅ General administration and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

- Matric / Grade 12
- Previous debtors/credit control experience advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literate – MS Office, Excel, Outlook & Pastel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Own reliable transport
- Clear credit and criminal record
