We had this project going on for the past few weeks. We had a fleet of 13 John Deere tractors with electrical faults that had to be sorted so 2022 can be started on a high note without issues.

This machine stood out from the rest. Our customer removed the spray booms and converted this John Deere sprayer to a 2021 Amazone 3 ton fertilizer spreader. We had the honour to sort some electrical issues on this machine to ensure that their strict targets can be reached. John Deere may catch some tips here on a future product. So we've been quiet for a few months but also had a few busy weeks behind us.

Here we converted a planter from maize to soya bean cups. We also replaced the old rusty fertilizer buckets with used tanks for liquid fertilizer. The customer is extremely happy with the conversion and will carry on with liquid fertilizer from now on.

We had a call about a sillage chopper that kept on blocking so we had it running again in no time. Just a broken pin in the gearbox. Fitted the right pin and it's still chopping strong. Don't hesitate to call us for assistance.

This customer bought an old used 7 meter John Deere header for a massive bargain and had some issues operating the header on his John Deere combine. Just a few hours later, with limited resources, we installed a temporary solution for him to harvest his 80ha of soya beans. Don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Here we gave some new meaning to an old Legendary machine. Customer said he's frustrated with the old lights that keeps on fusing and he can't work after sunset, so we looked at his budget and replaced almost all the work lights with 51w LED flood lights and a 120w LED bar to make sure he can carry on preparing his fields after sunset to get his crops growing as quick as possible.
