This one comes with a little history… 😎

A returning customer who came to us around 3 years ago with his previous Ford Everest 2.2 TDCi. We tuned that vehicle, and it went on to clock over 250,000 km without issues. 💪🏻

The customer eventually sold it and bought himself another 2.2 Everest, and his words were simple:

“I simply can’t drive it without your magical touch!” 😂🔥

So naturally… he brought the new one straight back to us!

😅 And another 2.2 Everest! 🔥

These Ford Everest 2.2 TDCi’s just keep coming through the doors! 💪🏻

This one received our Stage 1 ECU calibration + EGR software solution + Vmax solution, giving the vehicle improved power, response and overall drivability. And a happy customer once again immediately impressed after leaving the shop with a new beast!

But this job was about more than just software…

During our checks, we picked up a hardware area of concern that had previously been incorrectly diagnosed elsewhere. We pointed this out to the customer so it can be properly inspected and repaired before it develops into a bigger issue.

That’s why proper diagnosis matters.

We don’t just load a file and send the vehicle on its way. We always perform intensive diagnostics and on road testing to find issues and ensure reliability before and after calibration.

VW Transporter 2.0 BiTDI 4Motion, Stage 1 ECU Remap 🔥🦅

Another returning customer, about 4 years ago we did a stg1 tune on one of the customers other vehicles - A Ford Tourneo 2.2 TDCi, the customer was happy to report this vehicle is know sitting over 650k km and still going strong with our tune!

So he brought this VW Transporter 2.0 BiTDI 4Motion to us looking for a little more power and improved response.

With 200,000+ km on the clock and still serving as a hardworking workhorse, we decided on a mild Stage 1 ECU remap - focusing on noticeable improvements without pushing the vehicle beyond what makes sense for its mileage and daily use.

We also completed an EGR software solution, while leaving the door open for further exhaust upgrades in the future.

JMC Vigus 2.4 TDCI, vehicle came in with engine light and limp mode.

After some diagnostics it was found that EGR was the one culprit and a cracked boost pipe as well. We temporarily replaced the boost pipe as customer will be doing stainless pipes soon.

The result? A completely transformed ride with the customer phoning on his way home to express his excitement and satisfaction.
