Light scratches can easily be removed from your vehicle with a bit of car polish, a soft cloth & some elbow grease! To test whether a scratch is too deep to remove this way... pass your nail lightly over the scratch... if your nail catches on it then it's too deep. If a scratch is just on the surface... it can likely be buffed out fairly easily.

Deeper scratches can eventually rust and cause the paint around it to bubble & peel off. A small scratch repaired in time avoids an expensive repair job in the future.
