VACANT SERVICE MANAGER - NELSPRUIT
The Westvaal Motor Group is a fast-growing and dynamic motor dealership group with 40 Dealerships in 6 Provinces, and we are currently expanding our business footprint all across South Africa already hosting 16 different brands. If you consider yourself to be a strategic business and workshop manager, this unique opportunity is for you. We currently have this new vacancy in our service department at our Nelspruit Dealership – Mpumalanga Province. We are searching for candidates who meet the following criteria
Duties / Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the Service Department to ensure achievement of Customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty and goals related to service excellence, volume and profit, the management of the workshop admin staff, technical staff and finances in the service department.
* Create and implement customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty and marketing strategies to develop existing and new service business;
* Manage service department profitably through financial controls and resource allocation. Establish and maintain systems to ensure departmental effectiveness and profitability;
* Establish customer enthusiasm ensuring excellent customer service levels and therefore a high customer satisfaction index; and;
* Lead, develop and motivate staff
Requirements
*Matric Certificate, Maths and Accounting as subjects would be an advantage
* Relevant Tertiary qualification in Auto mobile / Mechanical management and 5 years in Auto Workshop experience with knowledge of modern workshop systems;
* Management and self-driven abilities coupled with analysis & problem solving, integrity will ensure further suitability.
* Application of Policies and Procedures, Warranty / Insurance knowledge, Brand / product and program knowledge, Financial analysis and team work;
* MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
Strong communication skills
* Valid driver’s licence
