PARTS ADMIN / SALES
LOCATION: NISSAN MALMESBURY
RESPONSIBILITY:
•Parts administration
•Selling of parts will be a focus, but not the main focus
•Ordering of all stock
•Control and maintenance of the store as well as overall cleanliness of the store
•The tracking and follow up on items ordered and delivered by courier
•Responsible for cash sales list as well as collecting of money
•Parts packer and stacker
•Cyclical stock counts
•Accurately identify parts using the parts catalogue systems (manual & computerized/EPC)
•Maintain the existing customer base and prospect new customers
•Deliver excellent customer service & ensure industry CSI targets are met monthly
•Drive VHC (vehicle health checks) for parts & service
•Interact closely with Parts & Service Department
•All other related duties
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
•At least 5 years’ experience in parts admin / sales.
•Working knowledge of the parts business, including truck parts in an OEM franchised environment. (Non-franchise parts experience will be to your advantage)
•Knowledge of Pinnacle an advantage
•Computer skills
•Ambitious (driven by incentives)
•Good people / communication skills
•Punctual, honest, reliable and precise.
•Organised and structured
•Team player
