Getting the Basics Right ❄️🛠️

Composite work is equal parts skill and science. Temperature is one of the biggest variables in the process, and it's often underestimated. When conditions fall below a product's minimum requirement, curing slows right down, and the result shows the compound building up on your sanding paper instead of finishing clean. Manufacturer guidelines exist for a reason, and following them is what separates a good job from a frustrating one.

Then there's the safety side. Sanding and shaping composites sends fine particles and airborne compounds into the air, and that's not something to take lightly. Full PPE, every time, is simply how we operate.
