We currently have these new vacancies in our vehicle sales department at our Mahikeng Dealership – North West Province. We are searching for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Duties / Responsibilities
* Provide sales consultation; achieve Customer enthusiasm, be knowledgeable by knowing the product you are selling & create owner loyalty and goals related to vehicle sales, and profit.
* Apply marketing strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
* Complete required vehicle sales paperwork according to Dealership Policies and deliver vehicles.
* Always Establish and manage Customer enthusiasm ensuring excellent customer service levels.
* Ensure compliance with various accounting /other regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
* Relevant Marketing qualification & 2 years relevant experience in motor vehicle sales.
* Management and self-driven abilities coupled with integrity will ensure further suitability.
* Application of Policies & Procedures, Business Operations, Marketing, Brand / product Knowledge, Financial analysis and Selling and Teamwork.
* Application of Policies & Procedures, computer literate.
* Must be in a position of a valid driving license.

Requirements

* Consultative and problem-solving experience

Duties / Responsibilities
* The management of the sales, staff and finances in the parts department.
* Maintain inventory records and implement Franchise Standards in the department.
* Keep control on all progress and expected time of completion of work, and administrative processes.
* Promote and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty to develop existing and new customer relations.
* Lead, develop and motivate staff

Requirements
* Matric Certificate, Maths and Accounting as subjects would be an advantage
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience as parts manager in a large dealership with proven track record
* Hands-on Management and self-driven abilities coupled with analysis & problem solving, integrity will ensure further suitability
* Advanced Computer Literacy
* MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
* Competent in all aspects of running a large parts department
* Accuracy and attention to detail

We currently have this new vacancy in our service department at our Mahikeng Dealership – North West Province. We are searching for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Duties / Responsibilities
* Assess the Service needs. Promote the sale of labour/ parts and or accessories.
* Document services required, estimations for labour and parts and specify payment responsibilities.
* Maintain contact with the Customer.
* Produce an outcome where there are no comebacks,
* Coordinate Service Schedules. Develop and maintain price schedule,
* Maintain appointment scheduling system and coordinate alternate transportation for customers.
* Ensure Customer Satisfaction by correctly addressing the needs and accurate remedy of the fault.
