We are looking for a highly skilled panel be**er to join our automotive repair workshop. As a panel be**er, you will be responsible for repairing vehicles to their original condition.

To ensure success as a panel be**er, you should have experience with body repair kits, welding equipment, hydraulic lifters, and pneumatic saws. Outstanding panel be**ers ensure body repair work is done quickly and efficiently.

Panel Be**er Responsibilities:

Assessing the extent of motor vehicle repairs, restoration, or customization requests.

Managing customer expectations.

Preparing repair or modification cost estimates and finalizing agreements.

Planning, organizing, and scheduling the workflow.

Restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition by removing dents, mending parts, removing rust, repairing scratches.

Accommodating customization requests.

Ensuring compliance to industry specifications and safety standards.

Panel Be**er Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Panel be**er certification, or equivalent vocational training.

Previous experience as a Panel Be**er would be advantageous.

General welding, and brazing experience.

Ability to operate mechanical, hydraulic, and metalworking equipment.

Thorough knowledge of automotive industry safety specifications and regulations.

Availability to work overtime when needed.

Spray painter vacancy available at C&C Autobody, Lydenburg
Responsibilities
Your main duties will include filing, grinding, and sanding repaired body surfaces with the use of hand and power tools; masking and taping vehicle body surfaces in preparation for painting; mixing paint, blending and matching colours, determining where the application of paint is necessary for a thorough coat, critically examining the vehicle for runs or sags.
Requirements:
• Must have 3 years working experience as a Qualified spray painter
• Able to work within a team and independently.
• Must be organized.
• Valid trade test certification
• Must reside within the Lydenburg area
