-bike came in for a waterpump job
-found waterpump shaft completely worn
-complete new waterpump
-further inspection found piston damage
- brand new piston and rings
-barrel was honed no damage found
-rebuild and back on the track

- Completely redone
- brand new plastics
- brand new sticker kit
- airfilter clean
- chain clean and wax
- bike is looking brand new

Is this old but gold Yamaha WR450f

In for a much needed service,carb clean and tank clean out
Bike was standing for 3 years , petrol in tank started to solidify
All clean , carb was taken out and clean to precision

Customer is very pleased about the power it now makes with open jets

-found power distribution box failed
-open to check if it can be repaired
-water was our culprit and a new one was fitted

Customer bought this vehicle and had some faults
-steering adjustments was done to very loose steering wheel
-differentials check for correct oil level as it was said to have been done
-bottom of vehicle coated and protected with undercoat®️
-wiring to and from amp for radio fixed

Barrel damage and metal went into rest of the motor

Both bike are now 100% and ready to ride
