Job Description
• Counter sales of vehicle replacement parts
• Sales, quotations, and sourcing of correct parts as per customer requirements.
• Customer service to workshops and walk-in clients.
• Identify the correct parts based on technical know-how.
• Identify vehicle problems and advise customers accordingly.
• Applying automotive industry experience.
Personal attributes
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle parts.
• Experience in the aftermarket sales industry.
• Superior communication and writing skills.
• Customer-oriented and sales-driven.
• Must be able to multi-task: handle walk-in customers, telephone calls and WhatsApp simultaneously.
• Diligent, integrity, honest, energetic, and driven for success.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive parts (not negotiable).
• Computer literate, punctual and neat.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Own transport & valid driver’s license.
• No criminal record.
